Spring has well and truly sprung, with the arrival of most of our lambs, the sight of bluebells in our woods and the beginning of warmer weather!

A newborn lamb being cared for by it’s mother

We have been pleased with our lambing season so far – with only a few more sheep left to lamb, the end is in sight. We were pleased that so many of you could join us at our Lambing Open Weekends; we love welcoming you on to the farm each Spring!

We would like to extend a huge thank you to all for attending, and to all our staff and volunteers that help the days happen. We are so proud to be able to showcase our working farm, and help play our part in teaching people about the countryside, lambing, and where their food comes from. Every year we are so lucky to be able to welcome people on to the farm, and as a family, we really enjoy it!

We hold our open days every year and we are always pleased with the great reviews we receive! Here’s one of the fantastic reviews we received:

“Another fantastic day out. We visit every year and it never disappoints. Such a wonderful day with so much to see and do, and if you’re lucky you get to see lambs being born and can have a cuddle with a lamb as well. Such lovely friendly people who are always on hand to answer any questions.”
