| Dear Customer, Christmas is nearly upon us again; it seems to come around quicker each year! We hope that you have had a good twelve months, and that you would like to enjoy the flavour of a fresh turkey from your local farm once again. Good locally produced food is ever more important. We, as producers, feel that buying direct from the farmer is the best way of obtaining a product whose high quality is guaranteed. We are rearing more of our turkeys free range this year, for a fuller flavour. These birds have access to cereal stubble and the freedom to forage for natural food. We are also producing turkeys in our traditional open barns with natural ventilation and a deep straw litter. This year we are offering our usual Broad Breasted White and Premium Bronze, the latter with its superior flavour and texture. We sell whole birds, as well as a variety of joints. Please find enclosed details of our full range and prices. We look forward to receiving your order, which will be ready for collection all day on 22nd & 23th December and before 12 noon on 24th December, or at other times by arrangement.
